Sport is not only fun, but also an important element in childhood. Mercedes helped the Care and Education Centre “Jaworowy Start” and sponsored a multifunctional sports field.

The opening of the facility took place on 10 January 2020. The ceremony was attended by: Dr. Andreas Schenkel – CEO of Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Poland, Aneta Kucharzyk – local government ofice, , Izabela Aniołek – Director of the District Centre for Family Assistance in Jawor, representatives of Associations supporting small children, directors, employees and wards of Jawor care and educational institutions.

Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Poland is actively involved in helping orphanages in Jawor. Together with the employees and volunteers of the MBMPL, we have also managed to renovate rooms for the charges of the “Jawor Start” and a family type facility run by the “Children’s Home” Association in Kaczorów.
