From 25-27 of September, Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Poland participated in the IX European Forum for New Ideas in Sopot.

Dr. Ewa Łabno-Falęcka, Head of Communication & External Affairs, discussed the topic in panels: “Friendly workplace – employer’s talents and brand” and “R&D summit. Polish e-mobility ecosystem. What connects renewable energy sources, blockchain and telemetry?”, sharing its experience in recruiting employees and promoting the idea of sustainable development from production to product. The first fully electric Mercedes EQC model was presented at the front of the Congress Centre.

EFNI is one of the largest conferences in this part of the continent, dedicated to global trends, new ideas and the future of Europe. Every year the Forum gathers over a thousand participants – representatives from the world of business, science, culture and administration, both Polish and European. This year’s event was held under the slogan #What will happen tomorrow.
