According to research by John Gerzem and Michael D’Antonio, published in the book “The Doctrine of Athena”, characteristics which are defined as “feminine”, such as intuition, loyalty, flexibility and cooperation, emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills, are new operating management systems in the 21st century.
Mercedes-Benz has long recognized the potential of women – both as customers and employees. For example, the factory in Jawor has been organizing job fairs for women and creating educational programs for female youth from secondary schools (“Girls GO Technology, or girls tame technology”) for many years.
