End of the 7th edition of ‘Girls GO Technology’"

The "Girls GO Technology" program, initiated by Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Poland, has been inspiring young women to enter the world of modern technology since 2018. The 7th edition of the project has just concluded, once again proving that girls thrive in future-oriented industries.

This year, 20 participants from Lower Silesia—selected from a record-breaking 65 applications—took part in an intensive series of workshops led by experts in IT, engineering, robotics, and artificial intelligence. They developed not only technical skills but also soft skills such as self-presentation, teamwork, and innovation design.

The results? More than 70% of participants from previous editions went on to pursue higher education, with nearly half choosing technical fields. The program has become a real catalyst for change—breaking stereotypes and showing that the future of women in IT and engineering is not only possible but deeply needed.

Partners of the 7th edition included ASTOR, Aidar, the INVEST in EDU Educational Cluster, Sii Poland, and ManpowerGroup.
