Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Poland, which was established in Jawor, was and is an attractive place to work, above all for young people who are starting their careers. This was the main reason for my interest in job offers at this company. I started my internship at MBMPL in November 2020 as an intern within the HR Department. At that time, I had an opportunity to gain work experience in the hard HR area and to undertake a full-time post-graduate degree. After 1.5 years as an intern, I was offered a full-time job. I am currently working in the HR Department as a junior qualification, training and development specialist.

An internship at MBMPL – why is it worth it?

I have been working in the Communications and PR Department since 1 July 2021 and I can say without hesitation that I am fulfilling my aptitudes 100% here. Passionate work among great people and new challenges makes me come to work everyday with a smile. But let’s go back to the beginning. In 2019, I started with an internship in the HR Department during my studies in human resources management (you could read about it in the careers tab -> Development (mercedes-benz-jawor.com.pl)). I learned a lot while working in this department, I was involved within various tasks – the day-to-day duties of the team as well as the goals set for the department during the factory build-up. I had the opportunity to experience in practice everything they taught me at university – so it was time to put theory into practice .
Thanks to this, I was able to get to know the functioning of the department, the whole company in more detail and learn a lot of new things and, what is more interesting, get to know myself.
It worked!
And how did I find myself in the Communication Department? My dream was to work in the HR Department – afterall, that’s what I studied management for, but thanks to MBMPL’s opportunities for employee development on various levels, not only related to responsibilities but also participation in various projects, I found out that I really like to get involved in creative tasks ;).

My internship at MBMPL allowed me to combine my Master’s degree with work and thus gain vital experience faster. As an intern, I had the opportunity to learn about different areas of the finance department. I was introduced to tasks in accounting, business processes and also financial controlling. Six months after starting my internship, I received a full-time job offer.
An internship at MBMPL is first and foremost an opportunity to gain knowledge and experience. It is also an ideal opportunity to meet many ambitious and inspiring people and to be part of an international company.
It has been 1.5 years since my first steps at MBMPL and I can confidently say that sending my CV was a very good decision.

I started my adventure at MBMPL in April 2021, during my student internship in the Communications and Public Relations Department. After this short period, I knew that I wanted to work at MBMPL. When it turned out that an internship position had become vacant in the department where I was doing my internship, I applied without hesitation. As an intern, I was assigned tasks for which I was responsible – there was never any question of making coffee or printing documents. During my 1.5 years as an intern, I learned the structure of the company, learned the processes, and assisted in the daily duties of my department. MBMPL allowed me to start my career and gain experience working in such a large corporation. The internship and placement was a chance to put the knowledge I gained at university into practice and to learn new things that I will be able to use in my future career path.

My journey at MBMPL began 4 months ago when I started my internship in the battery production department. Since the start of this experience, inspired by the previous successes of my team, I have joyfully embraced our daily challenges. The internship allows me to simultaneously combine work and full-time master's studies. I'm glad that my first experience in production can take place at Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Poland because it is a rapidly growing automotive company that allows for development and gaining valuable experience, opening up many opportunities for me to further continue my professional career.

I started my internship at MBMPL during my master's studies. Flexible terms of cooperation allowed me to balance the internship with full-time studies. During my time there, I gained valuable professional experience: I expanded my knowledge of lean manufacturing methods and tools, had the opportunity to participate in many interesting projects related to optimizing production line work, and learned under the watchful eye of experienced colleagues. I also took advantage of development opportunities through participation in certified training sessions. Thanks to the internship, I learned how to apply theoretical knowledge from my studies in industrial practice.
